Mark Barraclough is Owner and President
of Alpine Mechanical Services, LLC. He has been involved in the business operations side of the HVAC industry for over 30 years. He quickly worked his way from working for other service providers to management and ownership of his own companies. Mark is also an inductee of the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame.
Vince Pettine is our Field Operations Manager.
Vince holds a number of HVAC licenses including RSES, IGSHPA, International Ground Source Heat Pump Assoc. and ACCA. He has been in the HVAC industry for 35 years and is familiar with all aspects of mechanical contracting, service and preventive maintenance, having served as a Field Technician and Field Manager. Before joining Alpine Mechanical, Vince was Service Manager for a mid-atlantic based HVAC company. As a member of Alpine Mechanical’s team, Vince is responsible for supervising all field technicians, quality assurance and work flow in order to improve efficiencies and response time.
Stacy Sulzbach serves as our Service Delivery Supervisor.
Stacy has a total of 19 years’ experience in different aspects of HVAC service delivery. This experience, combined with her understanding of office operations, gives her tremendous insight into the needs of clients, office staff and technicians. In her role as Service Delivery Supervisor, Stacy is responsible for overseeing the service delivery team and ensuring all work is completed within a timely and efficient manner.
James Pickren, Jr. serves as Accounts Manager.
James began his HVAC career in the field working as an HVAC Service Technician nearly 12 years ago. He then moved into HVAC operations working as an Estimator and Account Manager for a large mechanical provider to the retail industry in the south. His tenure within this service provider allowed him to gain valuable insight into the operations of not only an HVAC company but also the operations and needs of the retail clients he managed. His knowledge of equipment and parts, third-party systems and his many years working with retailers is a great asset to our company and to the clients we service. James is responsible for interacting with customers, technicians and technology to ensure prompt service and information exchange.
David Snell serves as our Project Manager.
David has 15 years in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry with 11 of the years in management roles within commercial HVAC companies. His hands-on experience combined with his comprehensive parts knowledge and understanding of office operations gives him tremendous insight into the needs of both clients and technicians. David is responsible for quoting and managing all HVAC service and maintenance proposals, and ensuring all projects are successfully completed within a timely manner.
Hinda T. Miller is Vice President of Corporate Operations.
She holds a B.A. in English/Humanities and has been involved in business operations, human resources and marketing for small- to mid-size firms in various service industries, including HVAC, for over 18 years. Before joining Alpine Mechanical Services, Hinda was the Director of Operations and HR for a multi-site health care provider. As a member of Alpine Mechanical Services’ team, Hinda is responsible for overseeing all operations, marketing and human resources endeavors.
Kevin Gallagher is our Manager of Information Technology.
Kevin has a B.A. in Information Technology and has been involved in the HVAC industry for over 15 years, technology for over 20 years, and customer service for 24 years. As a member of Alpine Mechanical Services’ team, Kevin is responsible for research and development, as well as the interface between and maintenance of Alpine’s technologies, software, and databases.
Tracey Reimenschneider serves as Alpine’s Finance Manager.
Tracey has a B.A. in Business Administration and has been involved in finance for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Alpine Mechanical Services, Tracey was Assistant Control for a national facilities company. As a member of Alpine Mechanical Services’ team, she is responsible for overseeing the recording and monitoring of company finances.
Dale Rossi is our Technical Support Service Manager.
Dale has over 40 years experience in the HVAC industry. He started as a commercial service technician in the 1970s. He has been a Chief Technical Officer of a multi-state commercial service contractor. He has participated in the development of an advanced refrigeration cycle diagnostic tool and worked at training technicians around the country for utility sponsored maintenance programs about refrigeration cycle energy efficiency. He is a member of two ASHRAE Standards committees, 180- Non-residential maintenance & 207- Fault Detection and diagnostics, as well as a working group chair for the Western HVAC Alliance commercial maintenance committee. As a member of Alpine Mechanical Services’ team, Dale is a technical resource for the field service staff with the goal of improving service outcomes.
Cheryl Chipoco is Alpine’s National Sales Executive.
Cheryl holds a B.S. degree and has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing for commercial accounts. Before joining Alpine Mechanical Services, she was a Sales Executive for large product based companies whose clients included the retail industry. As a member of Alpine Mechanical Services’ team, Cheryl is responsible for the on-going, continual expansion of the business. She works with retailers to show how advanced HVAC solutions can help increase performance and reduce costs.
